We offer global shipping with warehouses in Hong Kong, China, the United States, Europe, and the UK. Based on the products you order and your shipping address, we automatically select the fastest and most reliable shipping service. Typically, we ship within one week after you place an order.
2. Shipping Times
Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 3-5 days. Our shipping fees are flat rate: $59.99 for plant items and $15.99 for equipment items. Regardless of how many items you order, the shipping fee remains the same.
3. Plant Health and Packaging
We love every plant we sell, and ensuring the health of your selected plants is our top priority. We monitor the weather in your area and choose the best time to ship, making sure your plants arrive in good condition. We take extra care with packaging, selecting suitable materials based on the products and weather conditions.
4. Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee to ensure the plants you receive are healthy. Since plants need time to adapt to their new environment, please make sure you’ve reviewed the care instructions for the plants you’ve ordered before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
5. Refund Policy
Upon receiving your plants, if all of them are dead, we will provide a full refund. If only some plants are dead, we will issue a refund for the dead plants, but shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure your address and contact information are correct, as we cannot fully control the movement of the package during transport. If the package is lost, we will send you a replacement.
6. Plant Characteristics and Shipping Impact
Just like humans, each plant is unique, so photos are for reference only. Additionally, plants may experience some shock during shipping, which is common. We recommend you move your plants to the appropriate environment as soon as possible to help them acclimate.
7. Order Modifications and Returns
Before shipping, you have the option to modify your order. However, once your order has been shipped, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
