Aerangis luteoalba var. rhodosticta is a miniature epiphytic orchid native to tropical Africa, where it grows on small branches and twigs in humid riverine forests at mid to high elevations. It forms a compact plant with short stems and narrow, slightly fleshy leaves arranged in a fan-like habit, producing elegant, arching to pendulous inflorescences bearing multiple long-lasting flowers that are typically white to pale cream with a distinctive bright red or orange center; its delicate appearance and striking color contrast make it one of the most sought-after species in the genus.
