Hoya multiflora ‘Albomarginata’ is a rare variegated form of the popular “Shooting Star Hoya,” valued for its creamy-white to pale yellow leaf margins contrasting with the green center. The leaves are elongated and slightly glossy, while the plant maintains the characteristic upright, bushy growth habit of Hoya multiflora. It is especially attractive when grown as a specimen plant because of the combination of ornamental foliage and its unusual shooting-star flowers. Specialty Hoya collections and growers consistently list Hoya multiflora albomarginata as a distinct variegated form.

The flowers are one of the most distinctive features of Hoya multiflora: they have narrow, reflexed petals that give them a shooting-star or rocket-like appearance.

Care Tips:

• Light: Provide bright, indirect or filtered light. Gentle morning sunlight can help maintain strong variegation and encourage flowering, while intense midday sun should be avoided.
