Polystichum dielsii is a species of fern in the genus Polystichum, belonging to the family Dryopteridaceae, and it is native to southern China (including Yunnan, Guangxi, and Guizhou) as well as northern Vietnam, where it typically grows as a terrestrial fern in shaded, moist forest habitats.
