Trichoglottis triflora is a miniature epiphytic orchid native to the montane forests of southwestern Thailand and Vietnam. It thrives at elevations between 1,100 and 1,200 meters above sea level, growing on tree trunks in cool, humid conditions.

Leaves: 6 to 7 distichous, equitant, recurved, often conduplicate, obtuse, and unequally bilobed apically; 2–3.5 cm long and 0.5–0.6 cm wide

Flowers: 2 to 5 per inflorescence; each flower approximately 0.5 cm in diameter; sepals and petals are white or light yellow with olive-brown blotches; labellum is white with purple spots
